Crisis in the Couple
The reasons for requests for couple counselling most often concern communication problems, disagreements about the frequency of sexual relations following a difficulty of adjustment between the two partners (difficulty in balancing the parental couple and the loving couple) or a decrease or persistent absence of sexual desire.
When a couple is about to separate, it is often due to the discovery of the existence of an extramarital relationship.
Discord related to the expression of tenderness, sensuality and the need for intimacy are also frequent.
In addition, sexual dysfunctions related to sexual arousal, difficulties in reaching orgasm, premature ejaculation, pain during intercourse or sexual activities, and the inability to have penetrative sex are examples of difficulties that can be the cause of tension in the couple.
In some cases, couple sex therapy is done in conjunction with individual psychotherapy for one of the partners.
The systemic approach is used when emotional and relational difficulties have an impact on the couple's sexual intimacy. These difficulties include excessive jealousy, communication problems, infidelity, emotional dependence, and pornography.

Hypnosis, EMDR and sex therapy provide personalised support in achieving a goal, unblocking a situation or simply bringing about a desired change. They enable people to optimise their ability to resolve certain problems, which may lead to the disappearance of symptoms.
Only a doctor can make a diagnosis. I am neither a doctor nor a psychiatrist. I do not diagnose, treat or cure.
Hypnotherapy, EMDR and sex therapy are part of the helping relationship, outside the medical and regulated framework. They are therefore no substitute for any medical procedure or treatment, of which they may be complementary.
These activities cannot replace medical advice or replace traditional medicine. I reserve the right, if necessary and with your agreement, to refer you to a doctor, urologist or gynaecologist.
